30th round of Bundesliga. In this post tips and review of Saturday matches.
BORUSSIA DORTMUND - EINTRACHT FRANKFURT
Europa League qualification is 6 points far but Borussia Dortmund wants to give a little joy to its supporters after this bad, unlucky season.
There are only 5 mtches to play and Klopp's squad has to collects some wins in a row to reach this goal.
Eintracht has some absences: Anderson, Ocpizka, Meier and Russ.
Considering Eintracht has lost all last 4 away matches played conceding at least 3 goals in any occasion 1 should be fine and OVER 2.5 also sounds good: it would be the 6th in a row for Frankfurters in their away matches.
BORUSSIA DORTMUND: Weidenfeller, Durm, Sokratis, Hummels,
Schmelzer, S. Bender, Gündogan, Blaszczykowski, Kagawa, H. Mkhitaryan, Aubameyang.
EINTRACHT FRANKFURT: Trapp, Ignjovski, Zambrano, Madlung, Chandler, Stendera, Hasebe, Aigner, Kittel, Valdez, Seferovic.
KOLN - BAYER LEVERKUSEN
Bayer is really on a great shape: 7 wins in a row, scoring 20 goals and conceding only 2 (both conceded in one match).
Coach Schmidt is simply making a great job.
Koln is 7 points above the relegation zone and with 5 rounds left to play they can feel almost sure to stay in the Bundesliga.
Koln has the 3rd worst home attack and considering the great solidity of Bayer defense and the weakness of Koln attackers, we really like 2 and NO GOAL.
KOLN: Horn, Brecko, Maroh, Wimmer, Hector, M.
Lehmann, Vogt, Risse, Nagasawa, Osako, Ujah.
BAYER LEVERKUSEN: Leno, Hilbert, Toprak, K. Papadopoulos, Wendell, L. Bender, Rolfes, Bellarabi, Calhanoglu, Son, Kießling.
HANNOVER - HOFFENHEIM
Hannover can't win anymore: 13 matches in a row without wins and the relegation zone is really close now (only 2 points above).
It is going to be a very open match between two teams which have showed a lot of defensive lacks lately.
Hoffenheim has conceded 38 goals in the last 18 games and has lost the last 3 matches played.
Hannover changed coach during the week, and maybe could find the motivation to win a match after so long time.
1X double chance in seems to be a good choice.
HANNOVER: Zieler, Joao Pereira, Marcelo, C. Schulz,
Pander, Andreasen, S. Sané, Ya Konan, Stindl, Prib, Joselu.
HOFFENHEIM: Baumann, Toljan, Strobl, Bicakcic, J.-S. Kim, Rudy, Schwegler, Polanski, Zuber, Roberto Firmino, Modeste.
BAYERN MUNCHEN - HERTHA BERLIN
Hertha is almost sure to stay for the next league with its 7 point of advantage from the relegation zone.
Berlin team hasn't lost for the last 7 matches and has improved its performances after Dardai became the coach.
Defensive phase is good now but attack has some problems due to the absences of Ben-Haitra, Cigerci, Hosogai, Ronny and Schieber.
Hertha has collected 6 UNDER 2.5 in the last 7 matches.
Bayern is 12 points above Wolfsburg and winning this match would mean being the champions 4 weeks before the end of the Bundesliga.
Considering the huge amount of menthal energies spent in the last Champions League match against Porto and the final of DFB Pokal on next week, we expect a bit less of intensity in Bayern's game for this match.
Hertha doesn't score a lot but has a good defensive organization...NO GOAL and UNDER 3.5 are very interesting.
Weiser, J. Boateng, Dante, Juan Bernat, Schweinsteiger, Lahm, Rode, M. Götze, T. Müller, Lewandowski.
HERTHA BERLIN: Kraft, Pekarik, S. Langkamp, Brooks, Plattenhardt, Skjelbred, Lustenberger, Haraguchi, Stocker, N. Schulz, Kalou.
