In this post, tips and previews of the Euro 2016 qualifying stage matches scheduled on June 13th.
IRELAND - SCOTLAND
Group D is very balanced since 4 teams are still fighting for the first place. The actual leader is Poland with 11 points, Germany and Scotland one point below and Ireland is fourth with 8
Ireland - Scotland will be a match between two similar teams: both are quite solid in the defense, very muscular in the midfield but with some lacks in the forward.
First leg in Scotland ended 1-0 and also in this case we expect a match poor of goals.
UNDER 2.5 seems to be the best choice.
IRELAND: Given; Coleman, O’Shea, Wilson, Brady; McClean, McCarthy, Whelan; McGeady, Murphy, Long.
SCOTLAND: Marshall; Ward, Martin, Berra, Forsyth; Brown, McArthur; Ritchie, Adam, Maloney; Naismith.
UNDER 2.5 (1.55, Sporting Bet)
IRELAND DOUBLE CHANCE (1.33, Sporting Bet)
POLAND - GEORGIA
Poland has played a wonderful group stage till now. They have been able to win also in Germany and they are forced to win this home game against the weak Georgia in order to keep the first place
in the group D.
Polish team is filled with very skilled players: Lewandowski, Piszczek, Blaszczykowski, Glik, Krychowiak and Milik.
Hard to predict a result against Poland, considering also that Georgia will be without the banned captain Kankava, who is the best player of the team.
POLAND: Fabianski, Piszczek, Szukała, Glik, Peszko, Błaszczykowski, Krychowiak, Linetty, Grosicki, Lewandowski, Milik.
GEORGIA: Loria, Navalovski, Kashia, Amisulasvili, Salukvadze, Lobjanidze, Okriashvili, Ananidze, Gogua, Qazaishvili, Mchedlidze.
HOME WIN (1.30, 10Bet)
LEWANDOWSKI TO SCORE ANYTIME (1.80, 10Bet)
GIBRALTAR - GERMANY
After last friendly lost vs USA, Germany is called to show a convincing performance against Gibraltar.
True, there will be a lot of reserves in german's starting lineups but these reserves are surely much stronger than the opponents.
The only odds available are related to the signs UNDER/OVER and GOAL/NO GOAL and we choose OVER 5.5.
GIBRALTAR: Robba, J. Chipolina, Sergeant, R. Casciaro, R. Chipolina, Garcia, Bardon, Payas, Walker, Priestley, L. Casciaro.
GERMANY: Zieler, Rudy, Mustafi, J. Boateng, Hector, B. Schweinsteiger, Khedira, Bellarabi, Özil, Schürrle, M. Götze.
OVER 5.5 (1.50, PaddyPower)
ARMENIA - PORTUGAL
Armenia has collected only 1 point in this group stage and has always conceded at least 1 goal each match.
The forwarders Mkhitaryan and Movsisyan are good players and they could give problems to the static portuguese defence, considering also that Portugal lost 2-0 in Cape Verde in the last friendly match played.
Portugal has to hope in a good shape of Cristiano Ronaldo, since this is, in our opinion, a tough away game.
ARMENIA: Berezovsky; Mkoyan, Arzumanyan, Hayrapetyan, Voskanyan; Ghazaryan, Mkrtchyan, Hovhannisyan, Pizzelli, Mkhitaryan; Movsisyan.
PORTUGAL: Patricio; Coentrao, Carvalho, Alves, Vierinha; Tiago, William Carvalho, Moutinho, Nani; Cristiano Ronaldo, Danny.
AWAY WIN (1.45, PaddyPower)
DENMARK - SERBIA
Serbia is the last team of the group I with only 1 point collected (they won vs Albania but FIFA revocated the win). It will be really hard for them to reach the qualification although they can
count on a squad full of good players.
In order to gain positions in the group tables, Serbia is forced to win and for that we expect to see them very offensive.
Denmark is a very tough team to face in its home matches but Serbia at the same time is a very unpredictable team.
BOTH TEAMS TO SCORE seems to be a good choice and odds are really high.
DENMARK: Schmeichel, Jacobsen, Kjaer, Agger, Poulsen; Wass, Højbjerg, Krohn Delhi; Vibe, Bendtner, Eriksen.
SERBIA: Stojkovic; Basta, Ivanovic, Nastasic, Kolarov; Petrovic, Matic; Markovic, Ljajic, Tadic; Mitrovic.
OVER 1.5 (1.38, PaddyPower)
BOTH TEAMS TO SCORE (1.97, PaddyPower)
